Every couple hits the season where you're worn thin, a little short with each other, and quietly wondering if you're the only ones who feel this way. You're not.
Built from the real, unscripted conversations behind the podcast, this workbook turns eight of them into something you can actually do together.
- Eight guided conversations, from Capacity, Not Ambition onward
- Honest prompts, capacity-meter check-ins, and room to write
- Real quotes from the podcast that started it all
